Can't uninstall antivirus...

This pc came with Norton. For some reason it has stopped working, and I'm trying to uninstall it but I can't, I open up the uninstaller, wait a shit ton of time just to click "yes I want to uninstall, no I don't want to tell you why", and then it just says "preparing to uninstall" and it doesn't do anything. I downloading Norton Removal Tool and it doesn't even starts.
Help please? I want to get rid of this thing.
