Can't register?

About 1 week ago I was trying to make a new account on HF and every time I went to go put in the captcha this happened?

So tried a few days later same thing, since then I have tried 3 different days, I thought maybe it was HF but when I went on District's site to join it did the same thing?
It only does it on Mybb, I have cleared my cache and even tried different browsers but it refuses to work.
Does anyone have any ideas to what is going on?

I am currently on chrome, I already tried Firefox and it didn't work either.

Uninstall, get rid of all Chrome/Firefox data from %appdata% and then reinstall and it will work. Hope I helped

I tried this, still nothing..

You can either check if you have any addons installed on either Chrome and or Firefox, because it could be a scripted blocker blocking it, or you can run download and install CCleaner. If that doesn't work make another reply I guess.
