Can't Redeem Gold on xbox

Okay,
So I bought a code(It's working),and when I go to redeem I get

That's on the computer,
On Xbox I get a error saying "This payment option can't be used for this purchase.Please Select a different payment option or add a new one."



Anyone know how I can fix this?

Contact Xbox ask them if they can add it to your account.

Well that's the thing,It says I have a gold trial,but when I go to check on Xbox,it doesn't say I have Gold,
@adrian I have contacted them,but they said everything is working,gonna call and see if they can add it for me.
