Can't forward/open ports?

Why am I having so many issues with opening/port forwarding. I try to open selected ports. I do so, then go to canyouseeme.org. Type in the port I just opened and still have no luck. I'm sorry if this is the most pathetic/asked frequently question, but no other answers have helped for me. It seems I can't RAT with my ports closed because I always result with no slaves.

Your port is open, I'm sure I read something about this that canyouseeme.org does not see the port as open for some reason.

EDIT: If it continues not to work try port-forwarding with Utorrent

It's not only with canyouseemee.org, I don't get slaves with my RAT, I know for a fact people have downloaded it also.

Turn off windows firewall, have the rat client listen on the port and then test.

Your rat has to be running for to it be picked up

So click start on your spynet/cybergate

I know the solution for this
Block all firewalls windows (including antiviruses)
Port forward suing your port if you don't have the access for your router use this
portforward.com
