Call of Duty Can't connect to friends on Ghosts [Xbox One]

For some reason I can't connect to friends on Ghosts for Xbox One.
I reset my connection and I am the only one on it and I still can't connect. We can connect in the Xbox One party but can't connect on the game.

On the console it says my NAT Type is Open
On the game it says my NAT Type is Moderate


Any solutions so I can connect to them?
I don't know if it's the game or what

well this has been working for me on Xbox 360 because i have been having the same problems.

Okay first go to dashboard and go to the far right tab and go to console settings
then click on that or the console icons idk what its called again but click on storage
After clicking on storage hover over the device you are using. Ex: Hardrive
While hovering over that the (y) button should pop and and say like device settings or something
Click (y) and then go down to clear system cache and this should work because it has been working for me
