Can you make good graphics?

If you can make good graphics then you may be in with a chance of wining the position of chief graphics designer for my new group Shara of botting located here.
To become our designer you will need to at least attempt 1 out of the 2 stated below. If you attempt both you are more likely to become the designer.

• The User Bar along with a symbol
• Signatures for the following rankings. Owner. Co-owner. Staff. Moderators. Donaters. Those who help. Newbie

If there was some different reward I might consider this myself, but not interested in spending an hour to design something for a group that I'm not interested in joining.
