Can someone secure a VERY ACTIVE account for me?

Okay, so I have someones account that I phished......I'm not selling it or anything. (No it isn't anyone's account be sold one here.) The only thing I have is his account info, nothing else and the guy does not know I have his account info. I'm very nervous and uncomfortable doing this as I have never secured any account before. I will give rep to anyone who can do this for me. I am only letting someone VERY TRUSTED do this...........if anyone could do this for me that could be great.
 
So basically all you have is his Dox? What you have to do first is contact microsoft saying you can't get your password using his information. Then, once you get his account you can secure it.

In the account, is it the tag or stats which you want OP?

The og owner can always get it back, doesn't matter if he changes the email or swaps.

There always is a possibility but he would have to go through a lot of work that most people wouldn't want to do.

That's absolutely not true, all they have to do is call MS and give the console ID. If it's a tag and he was active, just forget it. You'll only get a console ban. Stop giving him false information when you don't know what you're talking about.

Are you seriously going to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about? If it's swapped and it wasn't!, active then he will be able to keep it.

I guess you can do what Famous said though I'm not sure if it would work like that. I think MS stepped up their security.

Either way OP, a 9 year tenure that's very active is going to get taken back. Just forget it.
