Can someone help me with iCloud Bypass

Hey so I basically bought this phone from someone last year and never had problems with it but I factory reset it because I had issues with apps and now it is locked at a screen that looks like this:

Can someone help its a iPhone 4.
 
Unless I am mistaken, I don't think you can bypass this? You need to know the email address and password in order to use the phone.

Unless someone is offering a blackmarket solution to this now..
 
You bought a phone and didn't remove the current iTunes/iCloud account connected? There's no way to bypass this, unless you contact the previous owner mate.
 
Any time I buy an iPhone from anyone off the classifiieds on facebook or CraigsList I always check iCloud in Settings for an account that's still logged in and for a passcore before I buy.

Try to do that next time, because you're screwed :/

I don't believe you can bypass this. Is the original sim card removed?
