Call of Duty Can I share Cod Ghosts on my brothers console?

So I bought cod ghosts on my xbox. Is there a way he can get it off my xbox, so we will both have it?

Usually only if download/purchased it on that xbox, then it'll work for everyone. Now bought it on YOUR xbox and want to transfer it to HIS, the only way is to License transfer, however, if you're not lazy, you can ring up xbox and say the xbox broke, that you'd like to transfer it before the time lapse, they'll ask for the new console ID and will transfer licenses, however it'll still show that you can't do it until whatever, usually 4 months. All you'll have to do then is re download it on his console. I did this a few months back.

No, it'll be on both your consoles, ONLY if you transfer licenses, if you just re download it (without Microsofts help like i stated), it won't allow you.

Just recover your account on his xbox, and do a license transfer. No you will not lose your game.

My friend let me license transfer games before it's safe.
