You can still accept money and send money.
Just you can buy things that are like Rs Membership or Diamond/Gold on sites or Premium.
Why do you need you account Verify, That means them linking their bank account to your paypal.
 
Well there was like this little glitch that could verify it, but i need it to rent lobbys and buy premium and stuff for sites like this.

Oh, just make your paypal, then once it says add a credit card. just logout/close the tab for paypal.

Then just loggin and you have done it lol..

I know it works.

Also what game are you talking about renting on?
I could help you out if you need me too.
 
To Verify it thats all you have to do? You dont have to add anything do you? and MW2
 
You need a VCC to lift spending limits, but you need a VBA to verify it.
