Just you can buy things that are like Rs Membership or Diamond/Gold on sites or Premium.
Why do you need you account Verify, That means them linking their bank account to your paypal.

Oh, just make your paypal, then once it says add a credit card. just logout/close the tab for paypal.

Then just loggin and you have done it lol..
