Can anyone help me get a completely inactive non OG twitter?

Is this actually possible?

There is a twitter I want that was created in October 2009 never tweeted, followed anyone or even been followed. It's not an OG or something popular.

If anyone could do this, how much would they want?

This would be possible by social engineering twitter support, brute force, or resetting the email linked to the account. Hope this helps.

You should check h4ck forums for cracking and brute forcing haha, and maybe look into the account itself and try and guess the email and compile information on the user.
