Calling a tag back

Well I got scammed by @Taco Bell like 2 days ago and he changed everything on my account including my security email, etc.

I called Microsoft and stuff and gave them my Console ID and Serial Number. I've had the account on my xbox for a month so you think they can get it back or nawhhh?

Do I need to do anything else or just wait till they send me an email?
 
I I had this problem too and maybe you should check your email adress because they usually send things there.

Umm well you could call them and maybe ask for an update and maybe what they've found so far.
 
They won't do shit for like a week.... they'll eventually get back to you though. If you had it on your console then you will get him a nice console ban stain. Say you were hacked by a phishing website that extracted your information and in the process the hacker somehow compromised the gamertag. Say you want it back immediately and that it is nonsense of Xbox's lack of security. They get all panic mode and hurry it up. Tell them that you want this issue to be fixed immediately and that you will press legal charges for letting Xbox not only letting the GT "hacked" but also the email that had extremely private information in it. You usually get a response in a few days. My GT: Grape got a response in a week and they kept needing more and more shit and eventually they couldn't unban it because of the fucker who had it in 2011 who originally got it banned from scamming. As long as this tag was never deleted and remade you will get your tag back. If Taco Bell put this acc on his xbox he is one dumb motherfucker lol.
 
He did lol. He's been playing like Gears of War on it lol. But thanks alot man. I'll use what you said and try to get him banned and get my tag back
 
You should be able to get your tag back as long as he doesn't swap.

He can swap it and you can still console ban him and get the tag back. As long as they see the IP correlation you are fine.
