Because its going to cost its like a service... this is made by the MW3 Community Manager who is a Youtuber.. Meaning there will be Quickscoping in Mw3

I do play CoD, and I understand it can be "epic", but it fails.
Bungie offer that for free as quite a high standard.

As its only the Beta for Blackops i assume its free for everyone, but in MW3 i think it will cost.
 
It will be a yearly fee for it. A REALLY stupid move on Activison's part. If they would have offered that for free with MW3, it would have been very successful.
