Ok i learned this to get past them sites which ask you to do some kind of survey to access them. Alot of the sites are movies which are just fake.

How to bypass?

Get firefox.

Type in firefox: noscript

Install & Restart

Done mafiascript and all them are now unlocked!

Note: No script means no downloading or anything. So use IE or chrome to do the downloading.

I may do these things. I do hate it when surveys come up on facebook etc. Would it work for facebook. Quality thread and thank-you for the information. Well done
 
There are some js codes that could be inserted on your address bar for bypassing CPALead Surveys. Thanks Anyways.

Removes any scripts unless the one's you allow. So im not 100% sure.

Yes but wouldn't this be easier?

There is also a javascript code/bookmarklet you can use.
