Bypass DOB during password reset?

I have email but no DOB as I don't remember. Didn't lie, been changed by a hacker I think. Sony can't recover from ages ago. Any how I can bypass it? I only have email to recover it.
 
Uhm I don't think it's possible to change the DOB on a PSN account lols.

PSN Doesn't allow the change of the DOB on a PSN.

Yeah, they said I need three either of the verification things. I said I only have access to email but they couldn't do anything without having it.

I only have access to my email. Not the account on PS. I don't know how to do that stuff. If its easy, can you please tell me?

I don't want to change. I just want to find out what it is or bypass it.

Like I said, I'm not too sure. It must be a hacker but at the same time, I could have put wrong age. Not sure why I would do that but yeah. Like I said "I think" the hacker changed it or I should have access to the account.
