If anyone owns the hand-out awards (Award CP) where I can hand/revoke out my own awards I'll buy it off you PayPal.

No, these aren't regular awards, these are the ones I get to choose the icons, title and description for and I give it to who I want.

Upon buying it, the payment I send you will be dealt and you will cover the transfer fee for $15.00 to Philly.
