I was in contact with someone on the forums who was working on a script for this to be made but sadly he decided to close his panel. And I've read somewhere that someone bought like 2000 followers for $50. And I think it'd be unlikely to get banned for it, but then again it's not a very "popular" service so it's hard to tell since not many people do it or have done it.

I'm not familiar with that, but maybe. it also sounds kind of time consuming
