Buying Xbox 10 Year Helmet

I've been offered 2 so far averaging out around the 20-25 price range so not looking to spend over that, I've recently found out you have to be a certain region so if I decided to do a region change on xbox.com how long would it take to change. PM me if you have one.

Phenom I believe if you region change on Xbox.com it takes a couple of minutes, not sure.

Since the 10 Year Codes are starting to get hard to find they will fall in that price range...
