I'm new to Western Union so I'm not sure if it'll work but yeah trying to buy a tag with it. Not sure if u need to put verification of identity via ID but if u do I can't cuz I'm not 18. If you don't then I can. Hmu with tags no budget nothing shitty

Yeah but the point is if I'm paying online do I need a photo ID
 
just get a parent to do it for you or an elder relative, idk if you need photo id tho
 
There's no age limit. I use WU all the time. You will need the buyers name and you will have to give them yours to pick it up. They ask for ID when picking it up if it's a larger amount.

Nope, I've sent money to my mom a couple times through WU online. You don't need an ID, but the person picking up will need one to prove who they are.
