Buying & Selling Skins with Kinguin

I know that buying games is legit on kinguin, but is buying skins?
I found out you can buy and sell individual skins (instead of doing that shitty random package shit).

I know the package thing is legit but you usually lose profit by using it, but is buying individual skins legit?

I'm considering buying a knife on there since nobody has one on this site but I ain't tryna get scammed.

That site reminds me of G2A. If they sell games legit then they should sell it legit.
