Buying private mails!

Okay, i recently bought a phisher with mass mailer and now i need mails. I want private mails that are rs related. I will only buy mails from relatively trusted members. The mails must not have been sold before or dumped anywhere on the net.
I have 19m to spend on these so post your amount offered for a price (1k for 1m) and what you got them from (database, sniffing etc.).

ahem, I will Sell you 5k but, mine are fresh, so it will be 1k/2m if you do not like that then sorry, most unsold,unused emails are 2m/1k

With you having 0 rep and all, would i be able to test like 100 of then to see if they are any good?

I have 0 vouches, not 0 rep i have 2 rep, would have a lot more if butthurt kids would stop neg repping me but the management are keeping me in positive but anyways, yeah uhm they are obviously real emails, you aren't going to get an instant response or anything.. what do you mean by see if they are any good?
 
Well, i would like to pick a few at random to check if they are dumped anywhere. And to make sure the arent like rgfserg76reg68se68@hotmail.com.
