This isn't so unreasonable, tbh. Mr. Yazan sold one for $400-600, can't remember the exact number. Also, you won't find a 1-character gmail. By default, regular users can only create an account with 6 or more letters. If you ever see one with 1-5, it either belongs to a staff member or did at one time.
