Buying OG/Semi GT [$200]

I'm looking for a decent OG GT. I might be interested in a few semi GT's as well if they interest me.
I prefer the account on a fresh silver with no console, no billing address, with all original email information.
I can pay with Paypal, if BTC you will have to wait a week because coinbase can send the BTC to me. [I will not buy BTC from FK, HF, or anywhere else.]
$200 is the budget, if necessary I will maybe bump up  the price.
I will go first if you're a well known trusted member on this site. If you just joined a couple of months ago and I don't feel comfortable, you'll be going first.
Middleman will be used. I prefer Philly and I will pay the MM service fee.
