Buying IG Method

I want to buy an IG mentions method or program.. Where you get tons of users to mention a big IGs followers or mention users based on a hashtag under your photo
 
I can provide instagram comments, if u just gave me a list of usernames to tag i could do it now problem

Thats the thing its not just a couple of users, people offer thousands of mentions on 1 picture and thats the method/program Im looking for.

They probaably just have a comment bot and have a large list of usernames as the comments, it wouldnt be hard to do

Yea but how do they get the specific users from that account or that have used that hashtag?

I didnt know they did that, but now I do, thanks for telling me that haha, I can probably have this service up and runnign by tomorrow since I know how to do it now.
