Im looking for a CoC account that has their troops maxed out to their TH level. Like max troops for TH9 and max for TH8 would be level 5. Dont really care on how the base is. sure you can join: 512 crew. my name is Tyson and has around 30 members just say you know me and if you have a good base and donate youll probably get accepted im not elder but i want an extra base for LOOT!!!! TH9 is hard
