I am looking to buy a custom MyBB Theme with a price range of $50 I will not take. On newbie theme designers I would prefer someone like Oliver Evans or someone of that skill.
I can negoiate the things I want in the theme over AIM.

Head over to http://myskins.org/ he has AMAZING work for about $60 you can get a sexy theme.
