Buying an instagram tag for 500$

Okay i really wanna spend this money and im interested in instagram tags. I cant do paypal or btc but i can buy a visa giftcard and give you the info. i could do any payment other than paypal and btc. Sorry guys hope tht doesnt change your minds! Thanks guys.
