But the market place is used for anything you wish to sell/buy. It does not have to revolve around runescape.
 
I have a hacked account that is member and has 99 att and 99 str. However, I am only selling it for RSGP so if you have 20m RSGP, Ill sell it to you. BTW even though its hacked, I have had it for a couple of weeks now, so its safe.
 
I have one you can buy for around $15, but we may be able to work something else out.

without bots it can be technically worth $20 ... meybe...

thieving level is also notable, now that bots are gone...
