Buying active forum/good domains

I'm not interested in your forum if it has 20 posts/day. I want something moderately active at a minimum. For domains, I don't want a niche domain, I want OG domains or semi-ogs. I have the cash to throw at this. Currently looking into what might be a 3-4k domain atm, with plans to develop it. Only MM I'll use is Philly.

hey raptor u fgt be nice to this young boy. If he continues on like this he will die of terminal lung cancer then you're going to feel like a piece of shit when you find out he shouted you out in his suicide note totally unrelated to his terminal cancer.
