Like... 85+ mining, woodcutting, thieving, fishing... Some account with similar to those skills. Doesn't have to have all of those.
 
Also please read the Thread properly, it clearly states he wont go over 50M and your mains A/w is 150$
 
I have a level 3 with just 62 mining lol.
 
Level 49 with 87 fishing.
 
I got an account with 80 woodcut, then another account with 82 woodcut, 90 thieving, 62 firemaking.
