i have an account with like 50 attack, str, and 73 defence, 84 ranged, 52 prayer, 72 mage and 52 summoning that I could sell you for like $15. It's not really well developed, but it can become something nice I guess

^Has DT done, and 55 slayer too.
 
I have a semi-decent f2p pure if you would like to take a look at it... It has about 4m on it. 2m cash, 2m in gear/ready to pk on login.
