How much is it to buy or create a new group, if and when there are slots open to do so?

Groups are selling for around $80 right now, and transfer fee is $50. So in total around $130

The usually price for a group goes for 100$ as a BIN, then you gotta pay the 50$ transfer fee to Philly. Philly personally created an award for me at the usually price. 30$ for the award itself and 30$ for the transfer fee. So he might make a fresh one for ya

@Wiz is currently selling a group for 70$ as a BIN. Which is a really good price. But that doesn't include the transfer fee to Philly.
