Buying 40$ worth of MSP

I'd prefer to buy 40$ worth from one person rather than 2-4 separately.
I'll be paying with PayPal. I'm not getting BTC so fiddle with my anus all you like.
Edit: I live in the land of freedom. No UK or Canadian codes as they won't work.

off topic: are you certain canadian codes wont work? my mother works for xbox support and im pretty sure when i get US codes they work in canada so it should be vice versa. im pretty canada and US count as one region for xbox, if im wrong
