Buying 3 or 4 Character Tag

I'm looking to buy a 3 or 4 letter tag. I can only use paypal. If it's a 3 character then please don't have any numbers . If it's a 4 character it can have numbers but has to make sense like F47E (FATE) which was sold earlier today. Thanks.
