@H35 well @Dreams is completely legit now. He's done many deals since he's been back on site.

@Dreams is completely legit now he's back, The "DWC" userbar is temporary for a mistake he may of made a while back, No need to judge a user by his past unless you know who he is.

I never said you weren't legit, Where did you get that from? I just said I wouldn't deal with you because of your DWC

It is completely sensible to judge by the DWC warning. This statement is outrageous. I think you're missing the entire purpose for it.
