Playing basketball on schools court outside during gym. I drive in towards the goal I jump up for a lay up and get elbowed bye this 6'2 kid Joe. Doctor said I landed on it wrong. Whenever I hit the ground I heard it snap. I landed on it tilted to right side. Just broke. Just got back from doctor with cast and crutches

Any of you guys ever broke your leg? It hurts like a bitch.

One of my best mates is very passionate about basketball, lives and breathes basketball like a heroin addict who can't kick the needle. Unfortunately over time he has developed complications in his hip that has required steroid injections which has kind of trumped his morale, every time he plays he has sore hips afterwards. Really hurts to see such an ambition plagued by ongoing medical trauma. I hope unlike my friend you will make a prompt recovery bud.
