What I do not get is how they haven't already. Surely the U.S. army and the Royal Army could do something. Do they not have better gear of something??!!

I honestly don't think they'll do anything until they try and do something major in the U.S. for example; trying to take something over in the U.S. that's when ISIS will be FUCKED.

A lot of other terrorist groups are trying to stop their super radical ways. I know Hamas and Al-Qaeda have been making threats to them to stop and are planning to attack them.
