Just watching BBC News.

The IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) released moments ago that Mark Duggan DID have a pistol but did NOT shoot police.

They also released he was shot in his right bicep, and a shot in his chest, which killed him.

Absolutely disgraceful. The police should be ashamed of themselves. Even I know, if he is not threatening you you tell him to put the gun down and lie down, not shoot on sight.

I do not condone the riots, but this is ridiculous.

Idk how it is over there but stuff like this happens almost daily in the US, cops shoot unarmed man, cops shoot somebody reaching for a wallet, cops pull out their gun instead of their taser, etc etc
