Botting still safe?

Hey, I haven't played Runescape in a few months and I was wondering if botting is still semi-safe. Pretty much what I am asking is if botting has the still ban/reset rate as it did like 3 months ago(botting up to 10 hours per day that is).

I've been botting SW for the past 80 hours and still have no ban so yeah I guess it's bout the same. Just don't be an idiot and bot in known places like alching in the soul wars lobby. Sparing that extra couple of hours of randoms is worth it.

Dungeoneering is the safest thing to bot. Almost impossible to ban.
