Botting slayer?

If I start tomorrow, I'm level 1 Slayer, 75 Attack, strength and defence, 76 constitution, 46 Prayer, 74 Magic and 71 Summoning.

I have 100m for gear etc, starting from level 1, botting 24/7 for 7 days, roughly what level could I get to? I would use the highest level master as I increase the levels.

Also, if you could suggest the best gear/weapon for botting for an extended period of time, that would be great.
