So are you referring to all these people being bots? I remember when there was 200,000+ on in like 2007. RS is dieing slowly.

I think he is referring to the low number of people on is the actual number compared to when the number was over 150,000 where more than half of those were bots.

Lol. Half the RS community are bots. That says a lot, doesn't it? Imagine all those gold farmers with their little bots running around. That means for every bot making 500k/h, there must be another player rwting 500k/h. If you want to buy gold, at least buy from people from rungear or sythe or other trusted sites, not random online stores.
