Hey guys, I've recently discovered myself to be rather bored of life. Mind you, I'm not depressed in any way and certainly don't want to die, I'm just, stuck.

I'm, 15 (nearly 16) and pretty much a grade A loser. I don't leave my house much, and I have a very small group of friends who I'm not sure are very fond of me.

I'm just so bored of everything. I yearn for change but change never comes. I normally wouldn't post about my personal life on forums but I'm out of options.

So, any suggestions?

I suggest a sport, job, maybe girlfriend?

I started working at a very early age and it always kept me busy. It's like you never know what to expect once you're at work (especially retail).

You'd prob need a job if you want to go for the girlfriend as well.

And if you start up a sport and dedicate your life to that instead of bumming around the house, you may actually be good at it, get a full scholarship, etc etc. Will help you in the long run

I'll definitely try for a job, thanks glitter.

You need to start playing with me again! You always say "I'm taking a well needed hiatus" but you never end up logging out. Give FK a break; and go out with your "friends". Remember Conny I'm always here.

Have you already determined the meaning to your life? If so PM me.

You can't just expect things to change if you don't make an attempt. There's nothing to blame but yourself. Go outside, make new friends, get a new hobby, just do what makes you happy.

Add me on xbox. Otherwise, the knife is in the kitchen.
try to ignore stereotypes dictating the athletic, popular kids are cooler than you, a "loser". Once high school is done, you will view the world in a whole better light

That's my hope. I just want to grind out the rest of high school and hopefully things will change.

I'm in high school. The way to change it, is to forget about stereotypes. I know it sounds corny, but really, if you are a shrimpy kid (idk if you are) and get bullied, either go balls to the wall and swat him, or just find a strong kid to be your best friend. If not, just get through your studies, ignore the kids, and stay with your small clique of friends. @Mars usually gives good advice on the topic you have.

Take up a hobby, try something new; and if you think your friends aren't fond of you, then they aren't really friends :<

I'd say get involved in something social that involves what you're doing now currently, with computers/software; even if its a convention to meet new people or something.

The key thing is to be social with other people just like you, that way you have more in common; therefore you'll be at least fond of eachother, theres bound to be somebody near you interested in the same stuff somewhere.

Plus your music taste is AWESOME (similar to mine which is badass if I dont say so myself); but Pink Floyd all the way ;D

Is your family oppressive? If not, then you should just try to explore more. Try things you have never tried before. Maybe even get a girlfriend. That's just an option. But I'm going to assume you're not the social type, and that's completely fine. It doesn't make you a loser.

I think what you're looking for is a challenge, or an objective of some sort. You might be experiencing what you are experiencing because you already have done what you wished to do. Which was most likely to do great in the SM and gt sphere, which, indubitably, you have done. Give yourself a goal. First, I recommend selling everything, or almost everything, virtual that you own. Set the goal to earn a certain amount of cash from your virtual items. Then, with that money, do anything you want. You may not know what right now, but with that money, the options are endless. Give yourself an objective, and play it like a game to get there, one obstacle at a time.

Good luck man. I'm telling you what I got from the thread. If you wish to give me more details, then I may be able to help further.

I have the exact same problem buddy, I haven't gone out in fuck knows. I can't trust my friends anymore either.

I get bored all of the time. Just find something to do. Something new that will entertain yourself.

Trust me, I know exactly how you feel. I still don't know what to do some days.

I know how you feel. I was the same way around your age which was just last year. I would never leave the house and I would always stay inside. It was like that for the whole summer. Things really changed this year though and I go out almost everyday and hangout with my girlfriend. Things will change, you just have to find your way.

Step 1. Girlfriend.
Step 2. Cash out on your social mediums.
Step 3. Take a break from FK.
Step 4. Find things to do that you can spend time on whenever your fingers are sore from button-bashing, mouse-clicking, and typing.

I did it. I'm happy now.

How to not be bored!
1. Find something cool on youtube and attempt to do it, Parkour or Guitar/drums.
2. Start collecting stuff, I've recently found an interest in shoes and I plan on getting every pair I like.
3. Meet new people, I understand you may be shy, I am very shy irl but I manage to open up to people.
4. Girls Girls Girls, You don't need a girlfriend sorry @"glitter milk" but instead try to talk to a few. Friendzone yourself its fun. Example is my friendship with Jessica (brat, jess) and KC (navajo, vanilla) even though kc sent the booty pic and made it weird.
5. Go to social events, High school games, Chess meets, the pool, Basket Ball court, Sk8 park m8.
6. SEX! Maybe try and get some pussy.
7. If all else fails post a tbh on facebook.

Oh and upgrade me to power+ that usually makes me less bored so try it.

Dude I know how you feel, I'm the exact same way.
I recently got a summer job and its helping pass the time and keeping me busy. Plus you get money for it as well.

The people above have already given great advice and I'm not the best at it but I will say this. After Highschool nothing will matter anymore. I got through it went to college doing things I was interested in met people with the same interests and that was it life just took over. Just try and find a hobby or a job to do while your grind through it man and things will get better
