Can anyone please explain to me what a booter does? Like how do you use it and how can you boot people off on xbox or even someone router? And what do booters offer, like what are special features? I really need help guys and I've been pondering about it for a long time and if you guys could help me out I have a few rewards in mind. Also, If you could even give me one and show me a tutorial there will be an even bigger reward.
 
You use a program called "Cain and Abel" to grab IP's from Xbox/PSN - and you can also use resolvers on things like Skype/Steam to grab IP's.

You then enter the IP into the correct part of the booter, then the port (home connection is 80) and select the method (UDP is most effective for a home connection) and they go offline for however long you boot them off for.

You can also boot off websites.
 
It cancels someone's Internet connection. They won't be able to connect to the Internet until the time you choose. They can also be used to boot websites offline. Its what people used when they hit FK offline. Go on LF for some sick free booters.
 
A booter floods someones router with random sized packets so it lags the player or causes their internet to crash.
You can boot a person offline by getting their IP address. You put in their IP, the time, the port, and UDP or TCP and then they're gone.

Not really recommended considering free booters are usually crap.

A good free one right now is twboot right now.

Lol what a hypocrite you said free booters are crap then you recommended a free one.

And the ones on LF are leaked premium ones.

No I didn't. I said free booters are usually crap. I then recommended a decent free booter.
 
If someone is using a vpn on their computer then you can't boot them off, correct?

If you boot their original IP, yes you can boot them off.

exactly what Cody said. Using a VPN prevents them from finding you original IP though. Instead it uses the VPNs IP.
