This is my unbiased opinion, honestly it's just a map name. Some zombie maps sold for $15ish, so it seems like it's probably not worth much more. If I'm wrong I'd be willing to offer things worth more.

"Just a map name", it's a gamemode that's being re-introduced for BO3 aswell, it has a bit more value then $10 man.
 
I was thinking of a different map though. If it's a game mode I guess maybe $25-$35
 
To a hardcore gamer, probably $50 max. Glws.
 
I don't see how it's specifically a BO2 IG when it's in BO3 as well, not sure about the shittiest cods such as ghosts and aw.
