I would suspect if it wasn't a stolen account they most likely would want at least full price for it or something close to it. If you're looking for steam accounts that is.

Also did you check any marketplaces on other forums for it? I know I posted a request on HF for it awhile back and some people hit me up with offers on it (all cracked accounts).
