Blue Stacks Question

So i used blue stacks to make accounts and it said my IP has been flagged. And when i try and use the accounts they dont exist. I need help being able to make fresh accounts and to make sure they stay working. Please help?

Reinstall Bluestack with a VPN. Thats what i do
