Do you guys want to be able to switch back and forth between the Neon theme and Black RG? If so, I need at least 10 of you guys to vote for it as well as comment showing your support.

I think this one and RG2 is very similar, just this one isn't completed!

I'd like the ability to change between BlackRG and this one, but I don't want this one removed.

Voting for black RG does not mean that neon will be removed. VIP users will simply gain the privilege of being able to switch between the two themes.

Alright guys, I will implement the Black RG theme soon! I have been putting work into it and it is going well so far.

Thanks so much! I haven't seen the black theme, but from what I heard it's pretty awesome, I'll probably switch to that because this theme lags chrome.
