Black Ops Server Unavailable?

Anybody else getting the "Black Ops server unavailable. Please try later." Error? I heard it was on the east coast of the US, so idk.
 
something like this happens to the playstation too. it's just that they are having problems with the online servers.

For the ps3 mostly it's because of the crappy support from treyarch.
