Birthday, xmas, [other random holidays here]

At what point in your life you die must be of some scare to you. If it wasn't then why are you still living right now? If you see the end then why not follow? Because at this point your afraid of death or you may say simply because you wish to live. Since you wish to live you are therefore afraid or attempting to avoid death.

Trying to be calm.

and im not even mad

Technally, if you wanna go that far, before I left school I was having to see some person about 'suicidal dreams' or some shit. No idea what she was talking about (Just because I say life has no meaning, just to die at the end doesn't mean I want to commit suicide), why shouldn't I live out life? Not really scary but it's like ending a ride on a roller coaster, you like the ride so why stop?

But if you enjoy the ride then the idea of the ride ending must be at least disappointing to you. If your answer to that was well the ride was good but all good thins end. Then you my previous point that elders who have lived a long filling life are acceptant to death. If at this point in life (I'm guessing your not an adult) you already feel that it wouldn't matter if you were living or dyeing, in all seriousness I'd advise seeing a therapist.

We're here for the trip not the destination
As AC said, it's just like a Roller Coaster, once you hop in, you're born, you spend your trip going up and down and side to side, eventually you reach the end, death.
No more ups, no downs.

I'm sorry wale but your posts have got to the point we're I really cannot be bothered reading them, I'll just read the one ACs quotes.

"Every art and every kind of inquiry, and likewise every act and purpose, seems to aim at some good: and so it has been well said that the good is that which everything aims"

We live to die.

I didn't mind reading that one, it's just you go into detail far to much, which is great for debates, but not for lobby chat.

Fuck a therapist, who gives a shit? You're like my teachers, "You're suicidal! Talk to us!".

Anyway, the ride isn't a disappointment as the longer your on the ride the more boring it gets till you want to get off the ride, which is where you're around 80-90 and you die of old age.

Now, on a different note: Is it possible to get high off lack-of sleep? I'm laughing at everything I see

I recommended a therapist because your way of thinking about life and death is slightly unorthodox to me. I'm not saying go to a counselor and find the solution. If your happy with yourself thats fine, just the analysis a therapist does is interesting.

And I've never heard of anyone getting high of lack of sleep. You do feel a spike of energy and awareness before the final crash though.

Nope but some drugs stay in your system, normally they don't make you feel the effects like before but if you did something with it and maybe you ate as well then chewy gum that was never digested may be digesting and it's releasing into your system. Or it could just be your in a good mood, I was smiling a lot the other day and my mum gave me a weird look, she thought i was stoned.

If you have a problem with either of these, don't celebrate it then
